<p style="text-align: justify;">I know I was for eight years. I kept banging my head against the wall over and over. And one day, I woke up. This is when everything changed. It happened when someone told me the truth about fat loss, and for some strange reason it registered. I don&#8217;t know if it was what they said, or how they said it, but after that my life changed forever.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Fast Weight Losing By Doing More Of What Works:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Okay, here are a few of the most effective strategies for losing unwanted body fat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">1) Have a way of tracking your weight loss results on a weekly basis. Without using a chart that shows you the &#8220;actual and completely objective&#8221; end-results that your fat loss program is producing, you will have the most difficult time figuring out when the time has come for you to make adjustments in your approach.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">2) Have massive amounts of weight loss strategies that you can use when you hit a weight loss plateau. These can be nutrition or exercise strategies, but they must be different and they must be effective.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">3) As soon as you fat loss starts to slow down, simply choose another fat-burning technique and start to use it. If what you are doing has stopped working, you &#8220;must&#8221; do something else!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">First of all, there really is no such thing as fast weight losing tips, especially if you want to keep it healthy. I will never push the pills as I really don&#8217;t think they work, and for the ones that do work, you need a prescription or you need to deal with horrible side effects.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Number one tip that I can give is to change up your diet. You do not need to make any drastic changes, but just some light changes that actually you won&#8217;t even notice. You need to stay away from breads, and donuts and such things. Also potatoes and rice. Anything that has a lot of starch in it. If you can refrain from eating these for a couple weeks you will notice a huge difference.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Number two tip would be to get some exercises going. You don&#8217;t need to pay a huge membership at a club or spend an hour or four doing it. All you need to do is walk for 30 minutes a day. It does not even have to be all at once. Break it up into 3 ten minute routines. I would suggest that you also include a routine that involves some free weights. I think that free weights allows for a better routine than weight machines because they allow you to change it up and work different areas and muscle groups. The weights do not have to be 10 or 20 lb weights. Just grab a couple 3 or 5 pound ones and that is plenty heavy enough. It is not how much weight so much as how many reps you do.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">number three tip would be to find a friend that you can work out with. We all know that when we attempt to do something of this magnitude on our own, we are apt to fail. However, if we are accountable to someone else, we are much more likely to follow through. Your work out partner will hold you accountable and not let you skip out when you don&#8217;t feel like getting out of bed. This has always been my biggest hurdle. I am horrible for keeping up with my weight losing tips if I am doing it alone.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">So, if you follow these simple fast weight losing tips, you will see that you will drop a few pounds and you will feel great. Especially when you get into that cute little sun dress you purchased, or maybe that nice little short set.</p>

Well I can&#8217;t promise this is a completely lazy way, but if you follow these 5 weight losing tips you should start to notice some weight loss without too much effort. Just remember the best, most healthy weight loss is slow and steady.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Forget Fad Diets. Diets that involve counting calories or points are just too difficult to stick to. Diets that involve cutting out one food group or another will always be temporary and are just not a healthy way to weight loss.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Instead try to build a healthier relationship with food. Know which are healthy and which should be occasional treats. If you eat a diet that is high in fats and sugar you will provide your body with more energy than it needs and it will store this energy as fat.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There is no need to be hungry, just choose your foods wisely. Eat high carb foods such as pasta, oat based products and rice &#8211; these will release energy slowly helping to avoid hunger. Avoid full fat dairy products and fatty snacks such as biscuits, cakes, crisps and nuts.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Increase Your Exercise Whatever level of exercise you get now you can increase it gradually. Don&#8217;t go wild and try to go from nothing to a Marathon. Just a small increase will encourage your body to burn more calories.</p>

The truth is, most of us lose weight with very small and simple changes to our diet and exercise plan. One such simple change you can make to lose weight: lose the empty calories.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">What exactly are empty calories? Simply put, empty calories are those who provide no nutritional value whatsoever. Certain foods, such as those made primarily with white flour, sugar, or oil, can be considered empty calories. In other words, those calories are in no way beneficial to your body.</p>
